Doritos Casserole with Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz Philadelphia Chive Whipped Cream Cheese
02 - 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup

03 - 1 bunch green onions, chopped

→ Protein

04 - 3 cups chicken, cooked, shredded

→ Canned and Packaged Goods

05 - 8.75 oz canned corn, drained
06 - 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
07 - 3 cups Doritos, crumbled

→ Seasonings

08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/2 tsp pepper
10 - 1 tsp garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed cream of chicken soup. Use an electric mixer to whip until the mixture is smooth.
03 - Reserve 1/4 cup of the chopped green onions and add the remaining onions, shredded chicken, drained corn, 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until fully combined.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a greased 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
05 - Sprinkle the crumbled Doritos evenly across the top of the mixture. Add the remaining 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend and 1/4 cup of chopped green onions over the Doritos.
06 - Place the dish in the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the cheese on top begins to brown.
07 - Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve and enjoy!
