Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed cream of chicken soup. Use an electric mixer to whip until the mixture is smooth.

Reserve 1/4 cup of the chopped green onions and add the remaining onions, shredded chicken, drained corn, 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until fully combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Sprinkle the crumbled Doritos evenly across the top of the mixture. Add the remaining 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend and 1/4 cup of chopped green onions over the Doritos.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the cheese on top begins to brown.
