Dirt and Worms Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 1/2 cups milk.
02 - 2 (3.4 oz) packages vanilla instant pudding.
03 - 1 (18.71 oz) package Oreos Family Size.
04 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened.
05 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
06 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
07 - 12 ounces Cool Whip.
08 - Gummy worms for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk milk and vanilla instant pudding together until thickened. Set aside.
02 - Crush Oreos in ziplock bag with rolling pin or food processor. Reserve 1/4 for topping.
03 - Beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar.
04 - Fold cream cheese mixture into pudding, then gently fold in Cool Whip until uniform.
05 - Alternate layers of crushed Oreos and pudding mixture in trifle dish. Top with reserved Oreos.
06 - Decorate with gummy worms, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made up to 24 hours ahead.
02 - Best served in trifle dish to show layers.
03 - Keep refrigerated until serving.
