Dill Cheddar Cheese Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped.
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
06 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
07 - Optional nuts or breadcrumbs for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in cheddar, dill and seasonings.
02 - Cover and chill 30 minutes to firm.
03 - Form into 1 tablespoon sized balls.
04 - Optional: roll in nuts or breadcrumbs.
05 - Refrigerate 1 hour to set completely.

02 - Serve with crackers or vegetables.
