Easy Deviled Ham Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds boneless cooked ham, diced (about 5 cups)
02 - 1-2 hard boiled eggs, sliced or rough chopped
03 - 1 stalk celery, diced
04 - 2 tablespoons diced onion

→ Dressing

05 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
06 - 1 tablespoon mustard
07 - 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish, drained and blotted dry
08 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper

→ For Serving

09 - Assorted crackers
10 - Soft rolls

# Instructions:

01 - Combine ham, eggs, celery, onion, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse 20-25 times until finely minced.
02 - In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and drained sweet pickle relish.
03 - Add the minced ham mixture to the dressing and stir until everything is well combined.
04 - Cover and refrigerate for several hours to let flavors blend together.
