Slow Cooker Roast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds sirloin tip roast, twine removed.
02 - 1.5 pounds baby potatoes.
03 - 2 cups baby carrots.
04 - 1 large yellow onion, sliced into rings.
05 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed.
06 - 1 cup beef broth.
07 - 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
08 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
09 - 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce.
10 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
11 - 2 teaspoons onion powder.
12 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
13 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
14 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
15 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Add potatoes, carrots and onion to slow cooker. Top with butter cubes and place roast on top.
02 - Whisk together broth, vinegar, sauces and seasonings. Pour over roast.
03 - Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours or High 4-5 hours until meat is tender.
04 - Shred meat with forks in slow cooker, stir gently and serve with vegetables and au jus.

# Notes:

01 - Low heat gives most tender results.
02 - Keeps 3-4 days refrigerated.
03 - Can freeze meat up to 3 months.
