Slow Cooker Kielbasa & Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 32 ounces frozen diced potatoes
02 - 2 rings (28 oz) Kielbasa, sliced and halved

→ Cheese & Sauce

03 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
04 - 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
05 - 1 can cream of chicken soup
06 - 1 cup whole milk

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 tablespoon dried chives
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
10 - ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
11 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Spray 6-8 quart slow cooker with nonstick spray or use liner.
02 - Add all ingredients except parsley to slow cooker. Stir to combine.
03 - Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or high 3-4 hours.
04 - Stir and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
