About 30 minutes before the slow cooker is done, start cooking your rice on the stovetop or in a rice cooker.

Cook the frozen stir fry vegetables according to package directions, either in the microwave or on the stovetop.

Place all ingredients (except rice and vegetables) into a gallon-sized zippered freezer bag. Lay the bag flat, squeeze out the air, seal, and label with recipe details and instructions. Freeze flat. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or in cool water until partially thawed. Cook directly from the frozen state for 7 to 9 hours on LOW. Prepare rice and vegetables as described above before serving.
