Heat oven to 450°F (230°C).

Combine potatoes, onion, oils, garlic, soup mix, rosemary, and pepper in roasting pan until evenly coated.

Cover pan with foil and roast for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and continue roasting 15-30 minutes until potatoes and onions are browned and crispy.

Garnish with extra rosemary if desired.
