Best Air Fryer Tofu (No Cornstarch)

1 (16-oz) block extra-firm tofu

2 tablespoons soy sauce
03 -
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced
# Instructions:

Press tofu for at least 15 minutes using a tofu press or heavy pan. Cut into bite-sized blocks and transfer to bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over tofu and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Add tofu in single layer and cook 10-15 minutes, shaking occasionally for even cooking.
