Best Air Fryer Tofu (No Cornstarch) (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (16-oz) block extra-firm tofu
02 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 clove garlic, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Press tofu for at least 15 minutes using a tofu press or heavy pan. Cut into bite-sized blocks and transfer to bowl.
02 - Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over tofu and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Add tofu in single layer and cook 10-15 minutes, shaking occasionally for even cooking.

# Notes:

01 - Can use all olive oil instead of sesame oil
02 - Keeps 4-5 days in fridge
03 - Super-firm tofu gives crispiest results
