# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 g large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 15 ml olive oil
03 - 1 tsp sea salt
04 - 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 0.5 tsp onion powder
07 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
08 - 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes

→ Coating

09 - 75 g grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 30 g panko breadcrumbs
11 - 15 g all-purpose flour
12 - 1 tsp dried parsley
13 - 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning

→ Optional Dipping Sauce

14 - 120 g sour cream or Greek yogurt
15 - 30 ml mayonnaise
16 - 1 clove garlic, minced
17 - 5 ml lemon juice
18 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Pat shrimp dry thoroughly with paper towels and transfer to a large bowl.
02 - Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp and season with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes as desired. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - In a shallow bowl, combine grated Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, flour, dried parsley, and Italian seasoning. Mix to distribute ingredients evenly.
04 - Dredge each shrimp in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently so the coating adheres well on all sides.
05 - Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
06 - Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray. Arrange coated shrimp in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.
07 - Air fry shrimp for 5-6 minutes. Flip each shrimp and cook for another 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown, crisp, and the internal temperature reaches 49-52°C.
08 - For dipping sauce, combine sour cream or Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
09 - Serve shrimp immediately as an appetizer or main course, accompanied by prepared dipping sauce if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal crispiness, always use fresh or fully thawed shrimp and ensure they are patted very dry before seasoning.
02 - Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches to maintain even air circulation.
03 - Freshly grated Parmesan yields the best flavor and texture in the coating.
04 - Adjust seasonings to taste; for an extra kick, add lemon zest or cayenne pepper to the coating.
05 - Substitute panko and flour with crushed pork rinds and almond flour for a keto-friendly version.
06 - Incorporate shredded coconut for a coconut-Parmesan variation.
