Crispiest Air Fryer Gnocchi (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen)
02 - 1-2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
03 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
06 - 2-3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 390°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, toss gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parmesan. If using frozen gnocchi, do not thaw.
03 - For shelf-stable or refrigerated gnocchi: Air fry at 390°F for 11-14 minutes, shaking basket every 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
04 - For frozen gnocchi: Air fry at 390°F for 13-16 minutes, shaking basket every 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
05 - Serve immediately, garnished with extra parmesan and fresh parsley. Can be served as a side dish or appetizer with marinara or pesto for dipping.

01 - Can use any type of gnocchi (potato, cauliflower, sweet potato)
02 - Best served immediately for maximum crispiness
03 - Can be made vegan by replacing parmesan with nutritional yeast
