02 - 250 g crab meat

→ Cheeses

03 - 300 g ricotta cheese
04 - 250 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 100 g Parmesan cheese, grated

→ Sauce Components

06 - 650 ml Alfredo sauce
07 - 120 ml heavy cream

→ Other Ingredients

08 - 300 g dry lasagna noodles
09 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
11 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
12 - 1 teaspoon salt
13 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
14 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
15 - 30 g breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Cook lasagna noodles in abundant salted boiling water until al dente. Drain thoroughly and lay flat to prevent sticking.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until aromatic, then add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink, add crab meat, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Gently cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
03 - In a large bowl, blend ricotta cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, heavy cream, and fresh parsley until smooth and well combined.
04 - Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the base of a 33 x 23 cm baking dish. Layer cooked noodles, half the cheese mixture, half the seafood, and drizzle with Alfredo sauce. Repeat layers once more. Finish with a final layer of noodles and remaining Alfredo sauce.
05 - Sprinkle reserved mozzarella and Parmesan over the top. Evenly distribute breadcrumbs as the final layer.
06 - Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling.
07 - Allow to rest for 10 minutes after baking to set. Slice and serve warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid overcooking seafood to maintain tenderness.
02 - Cover all noodle layers completely with sauce to prevent dryness.
03 - Allowing the lasagna to rest before slicing helps it retain structure.
04 - Scallops or lobster can be used in place of crab for alternate flavors.
05 - For extra nutrients and color, add spinach to the cheese mixture.
06 - A homemade Alfredo sauce can intensify flavor complexity.
