Creamy Kielbasa Pasta Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
02 - 8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or preferred type)
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 small onion, diced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (optional)
07 - 1½ cups tomato sauce or 1 cup Alfredo sauce
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
10 - ½ cup grated Parmesan or shredded cheddar cheese
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same pan, add onion and garlic. Sauté until soft. Add bell peppers if using and cook until tender.
04 - Return kielbasa to the pan. Add the cooked pasta and pour in your sauce of choice. Stir well.
05 - Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
06 - Top with cheese and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
