Creamy Garlic Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound baby potatoes.
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - ½ cup heavy cream.
05 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Chopped parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
02 - Melt butter, sauté garlic 1-2 minutes. Add cream and Parmesan until thickened.
03 - Add potatoes to sauce, toss to coat.
04 - Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley.
