Creamy Garlic Potatoes

# Ingredients:

1 pound baby potatoes.

2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
03 -
3 cloves garlic, minced.

½ cup heavy cream.
05 -
¼ cup grated Parmesan.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Chopped parsley for garnish.
# Instructions:

Cook potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.

Melt butter, sauté garlic 1-2 minutes. Add cream and Parmesan until thickened.

Add potatoes to sauce, toss to coat.

Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley.
