# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 680g chicken fillets
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 240ml heavy cream
04 - 240ml grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
06 - 30ml olive oil
07 - Salt
08 - Freshly ground black pepper
09 - Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
10 - 900g frozen or homemade fries

# Instructions:

01 - Cook fries according to package instructions or bake homemade fries at 220°C for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
02 - Heat 30ml of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken fillets generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through.
03 - In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
04 - Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly to a creamy consistency.
05 - Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet. Spoon the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over each piece of chicken. Allow to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
06 - Serve the creamy garlic Parmesan chicken immediately alongside the prepared fries. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the chicken and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

# Notes:

01 - For a lighter alternative, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream, though the sauce's thickness will be reduced.
02 - Elevate flavor by adding a splash of dry white wine to deglaze the pan after sautéing garlic, before introducing the cream.
03 - Increase the heat by adding more red pepper flakes or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
04 - Experiment with Asiago or Pecorino Romano cheese in place of Parmesan for a distinct flavor profile.
05 - For a balanced meal, serve with a crisp side salad or steamed vegetables.
06 - Utilize freshly grated Parmesan cheese for optimal melting and sauce consistency; pre-shredded varieties may not incorporate as smoothly.
