Creamy Garlic Chicken Alfredo (Print Version)

01 - 12 oz (340g) fettuccine pasta
02 - 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
03 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

06 - 3 tablespoons butter
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 ½ cups heavy cream
09 - ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

12 - Extra Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli to the pot. Drain and set aside.
02 - Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
04 - Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer gently until the sauce thickens (about 2–3 minutes). Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
05 - Add cooked chicken, pasta, and broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything in the creamy sauce until well coated. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately.
