Cream Cheese-Filled Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1/4 cup liquid-state coconut oil
05 - 1/4 cup sour cream
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
07 - 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large)
08 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
09 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
11 - Pinch of salt (optional)

→ Cream Cheese Filling

12 - 1 large egg
13 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese
14 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
15 - 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or butter and flour.
02 - Whisk egg, sugars, oil, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir in bananas. Fold in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
03 - Whisk together egg, softened cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth.
04 - Pour 2/3 of banana batter into pan, add cream cheese filling, then top with remaining batter.
05 - Bake 48-50 minutes until golden and set. Tent with foil after 30 minutes if browning too quickly.
