# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Coating

08 - 2 cups Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed into fine crumbs
09 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
10 - 2 large eggs, beaten
11 - 1 tablespoon milk

→ Frying

12 - 2 cups vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
02 - Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the chilled mixture and roll into a ball. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15-20 minutes until firm.
03 - Set up three shallow bowls: one with crushed Doritos, one with flour, and one with beaten eggs mixed with milk.
04 - Roll each chilled cheese ball in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally coat thoroughly with Doritos crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
05 - Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the coated balls in batches for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
