Cranberry Holiday Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ pounds ground pork.
02 - 1 small onion, grated.
03 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 1/3 cup ketchup.
06 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
07 - ¼ cup fresh parsley.
08 - ½ teaspoon salt.
09 - ½ teaspoon pepper.
10 - 2 cups cranberry sauce.
11 - 1 cup ketchup for sauce.
12 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar.
13 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet.
02 - Combine meatball ingredients. Form into 32 balls.
03 - Cook meatballs 20-25 minutes to 160°F internal temp.
04 - Simmer cranberry sauce, ketchup, sugar and lemon juice.
05 - Add meatballs to sauce, coat well and heat through.
