Cracker Barrel Apples (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 lbs apples, peeled and sliced into wedges.
02 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
03 - 1/4 cup brown sugar.
04 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
06 - 1/4 cup butter, melted.
07 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Add apples and cornstarch to slow cooker. Stir to coat.
02 - Mix in both sugars and cinnamon.
03 - Add melted butter, lemon juice, and vanilla. Stir well.
04 - Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
05 - Stir before serving.
