Preheat your oven to 375°F.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and whisk in the flour for 1 minute. Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens. Blend in the softened cream cheese until smooth, then stir in the ranch dressing and garlic powder.

Spread a thin layer of the sauce in the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Lay down 3 lasagna noodles, then top with one-third each of the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, and more sauce.

Repeat the layering process two more times with noodles, chicken, bacon, cheeses, and sauce.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.

Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve.
