Chop the shrimp into small pieces to distribute flavor evenly. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Slice the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise. Hollow out the inside of each half carefully, keeping the crust intact to create a filling shell.

Fill each hollowed bread half with the shrimp mixture. Pack the filling tightly for even distribution of flavor.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Brush the outside of the filled bread with melted butter. Wrap the bread halves in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to crisp the crust.

Allow the bread to cool slightly, then slice into portions and serve warm.
