Homemade Cowboy Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
02 - 1 tablespoon coarse Dijon Mustard

→ Fresh Herbs

03 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
05 - 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
06 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
08 - ½ teaspoon paprika
09 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
10 - ⅛ teaspoon pepper
11 - ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
12 - ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all ingredients in bowl or food processor until well mixed.
02 - Roll in plastic wrap into log shape, refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.
03 - Melt in microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between.

02 - Keeps 5 days refrigerated
