Cotton Candy Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
04 - 24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 1 cup sour cream.
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
08 - 4 large eggs.
09 - Cotton candy flavoring (optional).
10 - Cotton candy.
11 - Sprinkles (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 325°F. Grease 9-inch springform pan.
02 - Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, melted butter. Press into pan.
03 - Bake crust 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.
04 - Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
05 - Mix in sour cream and vanilla.
06 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
07 - Optional: Add cotton candy flavoring.
08 - Pour over crust.
09 - Bake 50-60 minutes until edges set, center jiggly.
10 - Cool in open oven 1 hour.
11 - Cool at room temp, then chill 4+ hours.
12 - Top with cotton candy before serving.
