Cheesecake Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cake flour.
02 - 1 tsp baking powder.
03 - 1/4 tsp salt.
04 - 4 large eggs, room temperature.
05 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 4 tbsp vegetable oil.
07 - 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
08 - 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles.
09 - 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar (for rolling).
10 - 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
11 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened.
12 - 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar.
13 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
14 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.
15 - 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips.
16 - 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Bake cake in lined jelly roll pan at 350°F.
02 - Roll warm cake in powdered sugar-dusted towel.
03 - Cool completely.
04 - Make filling by beating cream and cream cheese mixtures.
05 - Unroll cake and spread with filling.
06 - Re-roll and chill 1 hour.
07 - Make ganache with hot cream and white chocolate.
08 - Pour over cake and add sprinkles.
09 - Chill 20 minutes before slicing.

# Notes:

01 - Roll cake while warm to prevent cracking.
02 - Can make ahead 2 days.
03 - Add ganache before serving.
