Coconut Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1 tbsp butter, softened.
03 - 4 cups powdered sugar.
04 - 1 cup shredded coconut.
05 - 12 oz melting chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
03 - Gradually mix in powdered sugar.
04 - Stir in shredded coconut.
05 - Refrigerate 1 hour.
06 - Roll into 1-inch balls.
07 - Freeze balls 1 hour.
08 - Melt chocolate in 20-second intervals.
09 - Dip balls in chocolate.
10 - Refrigerate 5-10 minutes until set.
