Watergate Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (3.4 oz) box instant pistachio pudding.
02 - 1½ cups mini marshmallows.
03 - ½ cup pecans, chopped.
04 - 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed.
05 - 10 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained.
06 - Optional Toppings: Extra whipped topping.
07 - Chopped pecans.
08 - Mini marshmallows.
09 - Maraschino cherries.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix undrained pineapple and pudding mix until well blended.
02 - Add marshmallows and pecans.
03 - Fold in Cool Whip gently.
04 - Cover bowl.
05 - Chill minimum 2 hours.
06 - Add optional toppings before serving.
07 - Keep cold while serving.

01 - A vintage dessert salad known by many names like Pistachio Fluff or Green Fluff.
02 - Must use undrained pineapple and non-dairy whipped topping.
