Preheat pan over medium-low heat. Melt butter and spread evenly.

Place bread in pan, spread Thousand Island dressing on both slices.

Add sauerkraut to one slice, Swiss cheese on other slice. Layer corned beef over cheese.

Once cheese melts, use spatula to close sandwich.

Cook few more minutes each side until golden, pressing gently. Cut and serve immediately.
