Green Bean Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup.
02 - 1/2 cup milk.
03 - 1 tsp soy sauce.
04 - 4 cups cut green beans (fresh, frozen or 2 cans).
05 - 1 1/3 cups crispy french fried onions, divided.
06 - 1/4 tsp pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Spray 9x9 casserole dish with cooking spray.
02 - For fresh beans: blanch 2 minutes. For canned: drain well.
03 - Mix soup and milk until smooth. Stir in soy sauce.
04 - Add beans and 2/3 cup onions. Season with pepper.
05 - Spread in casserole dish.
06 - Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
07 - Add remaining onions, bake 5 more minutes.
08 - Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes.
09 - Add remaining onions, cook 2 more minutes.

# Notes:

01 - No extra salt needed due to soup and soy sauce.
02 - May need longer cook time if oven full of other dishes.
03 - Can use low sodium products if preferred.
