Classic Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 ¾ lbs)
02 - ¾ cup mayonnaise
03 - 2 ribs celery, finely diced
04 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
05 - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

→ Mix-ins

06 - ¾ cup red grapes, quartered
07 - 3 green onions, diced
08 - 1/3 cup sliced almonds
09 - ¼ cup dried cranberries

→ Seasonings

10 - ½ teaspoon garlic salt
11 - ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
12 - ¼ teaspoon paprika
13 - ¼ teaspoon pepper
14 - ¼ teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Boil chicken gently in salted water for 15 minutes. Rest 10 minutes, then dice finely.
02 - Combine cooled chicken, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, and seasonings.
03 - Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
04 - Stir in grapes, green onions, almonds, and cranberries before serving.

02 - Add bouillon to cooking water for extra flavor
