Churro Saltine Toffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 40 salted saltine crackers.
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
04 - 1 cup unsalted butter.
05 - 1 cup brown sugar.
06 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Arrange saltines in single layer on sheet.
03 - Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
04 - Melt butter and brown sugar in pan. Boil 3 minutes until caramel colored.
05 - Pour caramel over crackers, spread evenly.
06 - Bake 5-6 minutes until bubbly.
07 - Sprinkle white chocolate chips over hot toffee.
08 - Let melt 5 minutes, spread evenly.
09 - Top with cinnamon sugar while wet.
10 - Cool completely or chill 10 minutes. Break into pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Can return to oven briefly if chocolate needs help melting.
02 - Both parchment or foil work for lining pan.
03 - Watch caramel carefully to prevent burning.
