Chocolate Pecan Turtle Clusters (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup pecan halves toasted.
02 - 12 oz soft caramels unwrapped.
03 - 1 tbsp heavy cream.
04 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
05 - 1/2 tbsp coconut oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange 3-4 pecan halves in small groups.
02 - Put caramels and heavy cream in a bowl and microwave in 15-second bursts until smooth.
03 - Spoon melted caramel over each pecan cluster and let set for 5 minutes.
04 - Mix chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave in 20-second bursts until smooth.
05 - Cover each cluster with melted chocolate.
06 - Pop in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm.
