Pecan Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup chopped pecans, roasted.
02 - 1 cup caramel sauce.
03 - 8 oz dark chocolate, melted.
04 - 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Mix pecans with caramel sauce.
02 - Roll mixture into bite-sized balls.
03 - Place on lined baking sheet.
04 - Freeze 15-20 minutes until firm.
05 - Melt dark chocolate.
06 - Dip balls in melted chocolate.
07 - Optional: sprinkle with sea salt.
08 - Refrigerate 10 minutes until set.
