Chocolate Lava Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
02 - 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus extra for filling.
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed.
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
08 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
09 - 1 tsp baking powder.
10 - 1/2 tsp salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Melt butter and chocolate chips together. Cool slightly.
03 - Whisk sugars, eggs, vanilla. Stir into chocolate mix.
04 - Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt. Fold to combine.
05 - Chill dough 15 minutes to firm up.
06 - Form balls, insert chocolate chips in centers.
07 - Bake 10-12 minutes until tops glossy and cracked.
08 - Cool 5 minutes on pan, then move to rack.
