Chocolate Crinkle Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/2 cup confectioners sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk granulated sugar, cocoa powder, oil, vanilla extract and eggs until smooth.
02 - Combine flour, baking powder and salt in separate bowl.
03 - Add flour mixture to cocoa mixture and stir until combined.
04 - Cover dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate 3 hours to overnight.
05 - Heat oven to 350°F.
06 - Scoop dough using mini ice cream scoop, roll into balls with wet hands.
07 - Roll each ball generously in powdered sugar.
08 - Place on baking sheet with space between, bake 10-12 minutes.
09 - Let cool slightly on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.

# Notes:

01 - Cookies will be soft when done but firm up while cooling.
02 - Use wet hands for easier rolling.
03 - Perfect for holiday cookie trays.
