Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 2 large eggs
02 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 2 tablespoons water
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1 1/4 cups sugar
07 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
08 - 2/3 cup cocoa powder
09 - 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
10 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
11 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks

→ Topping

12 - 3 cups strawberries, stems removed
13 - Chocolate melting wafers

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Line 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.
02 - Whisk together eggs, oil, melted butter, water, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
03 - Whisk sugar, flour, cocoa powder, confectioners' sugar, and salt. Add to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
04 - Fold in chocolate chips and pour into prepared pan.
05 - Bake 35-40 minutes until just set. Cool completely in pan.
06 - Top with strawberries cut side down, drizzle with melted chocolate. Let set before slicing.

# Notes:

01 - Can use melted chocolate chips instead of wafers for drizzle
02 - Brownies should be completely cool before adding toppings
