Easy Chicken Caesar Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
02 - 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
03 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup croutons
06 - Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
07 - 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas or wraps

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well with tongs. Season with salt and pepper. Add more dressing if desired.
02 - Warm tortillas in a large pan over medium heat for 15-30 seconds per side until pliable. Keep warm under a kitchen towel. Alternatively, warm in microwave between paper towels for 15-30 seconds.
03 - Place tortillas on clean surface. Divide Caesar salad mixture between tortillas, placing in center. Fold in opposite sides, then roll up burrito-style. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
04 - Cut wraps in half or serve whole.
