Warm tortillas in a large pan over medium heat for 15-30 seconds per side until pliable. Keep warm under a kitchen towel. Alternatively, warm in microwave between paper towels for 15-30 seconds.

Place tortillas on clean surface. Divide Caesar salad mixture between tortillas, placing in center. Fold in opposite sides, then roll up burrito-style. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
