Cheddar Bay Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Crust

01 - 11.36 oz Box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
02 - 1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
03 - 3/4 Cup Cold Water
04 - 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil for spreading the dough
05 - 4 tbsp Butter

→ For the Toppings

06 - 8 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
07 - 1-2 tbsp Kinders Blackened Seasoning
08 - 1 tbsp Olive Oil
09 - 8 oz Cooked, Crumbled Bacon
10 - 14.5 oz Jar of Alfredo Sauce (using about half)
11 - 3-4 Cups Freshly grated Mozzarella Cheese
12 - Dried Parsley Flakes for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
02 - Mix the biscuit dough with the water and cheese. Spray a 10x15 rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray or cover with parchment paper.
03 - Rub olive oil in your hands and spread the dough onto the pan. Reapply oil as needed until dough is evenly spread. Prebake for about 10 minutes.
04 - Season chicken with Kinders seasoning. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Rest for a few minutes then cut into bite sized pieces.
05 - Mix melted butter with the seasoning packet and brush on crust. Spread Alfredo sauce, add 2 cups mozzarella, then chicken and bacon. Top with remaining cheese.
06 - Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - One box of biscuit mix is enough for the crust
02 - You'll only need about half the jar of Alfredo sauce
