Warm up a large skillet over medium heat. Toss in the ground meat and onions, cooking until the meat is browned. If needed, drain off any excess oil afterward.

Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta just right (al dente). Drain it and leave it aside for now.

Stir in the garlic and the taco spices with the meat. Let everything cook for about a minute until the kitchen smells amazing.

Pour the tomatoes, broth, green chilies, Worcestershire, and soy sauce into the pan. Give it a good stir, bring it to a boil, then gently simmer for around 5 minutes so all the flavors come together.

Turn off the heat, sprinkle the cheese over the mixture, and stir well until it melts completely into the sauce.

Add a little salt and pepper for taste. Toss the noodles and cilantro into the pan, stirring until everything gets nicely coated.
