Cheesy Stuffed Pizza Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Base

01 - 1 package refrigerated pizza crust (approx. 400 g), unrolled

→ Cheese and Toppings

02 - 8 pieces string cheese (approx. 180 g), cut into thirds
03 - 24 slices pepperoni
04 - 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

→ Herb Butter Mixture

05 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ To Serve

08 - 120 ml pizza sauce, warmed

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
02 - Slice string cheese into thirds. In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese.
03 - Unroll the pizza crust and cut evenly into 24 squares.
04 - Place a cheese piece in the centre of each dough square. Gather edges over the cheese and pinch tightly to seal.
05 - Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with the parmesan herb mixture. Gently press a slice of pepperoni onto each bite.
06 - Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbling.
07 - Serve hot with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Pinch the seams securely to prevent cheese from leaking. Briefly chilling the dough before cutting ensures clean, uniform squares.
02 - Experiment with alternative fillings such as mozzarella, cooked sausage, olives, or diced bell peppers to personalize each bite.
