Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick spray.

Slice string cheese into thirds. In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese.

Unroll the pizza crust and cut evenly into 24 squares.

Place a cheese piece in the centre of each dough square. Gather edges over the cheese and pinch tightly to seal.

Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with the parmesan herb mixture. Gently press a slice of pepperoni onto each bite.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbling.

Serve hot with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
