# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 8 string cheese sticks, cut into thirds
02 - 1 can (about 400 g) refrigerated pizza dough
03 - 24 slices pepperoni

→ Seasoning & Topping

04 - 30 g unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 g dried oregano
06 - 2 g garlic powder
07 - 20 g grated parmesan cheese

→ To Serve

08 - 120 ml pizza sauce, warmed for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and coat with nonstick spray.
02 - In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese.
03 - Unroll pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet and cut into 24 equal squares. Cut each string cheese stick into three pieces.
04 - Place a portion of string cheese in the centre of each dough square. Pull edges over the filling and tightly pinch to seal, forming a ball.
05 - Arrange stuffed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle with the parmesan-herb mixture, and gently press a pepperoni slice onto each bite.
06 - Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
07 - Serve hot with warmed pizza sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure dough seams are pinched securely to keep cheese contained during baking.
02 - For easier handling, chill the dough briefly in the refrigerator before cutting.
03 - Broil for the last 30 seconds for a crisp, golden crust, monitoring closely to prevent burning.
04 - Explore using cheddar or mozzarella for different flavour profiles, or add diced vegetables or cooked sausage for variation.
