Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and coat with nonstick spray.

In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese.

Unroll pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet and cut into 24 equal squares. Cut each string cheese stick into three pieces.

Place a portion of string cheese in the centre of each dough square. Pull edges over the filling and tightly pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Arrange stuffed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle with the parmesan-herb mixture, and gently press a pepperoni slice onto each bite.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Serve hot with warmed pizza sauce for dipping.
