Cheesy Potato Burritos with Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 400g ground beef
02 - 300g potatoes, diced small
03 - 1 small onion, diced
04 - 1 garlic clove, minced
05 - 1 tsp chili powder
06 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 tsp cumin
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Other Ingredients

09 - 150g shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 100g shredded mozzarella
11 - 4 large flour tortillas
12 - 2 tbsp oil for frying potatoes
13 - Sour cream, salsa, or guacamole for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and crispy (about 10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, cook diced onion until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned. Stir in smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Return the crispy potatoes to the pan with the beef. Mix well. Turn off the heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
04 - Warm the tortillas slightly for easy rolling. Spoon filling onto the center of each tortilla. Add extra cheese if desired. Fold in sides and roll tightly into burritos.
05 - Heat a clean pan, place burritos seam-side down, and toast for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
06 - Slice in half and serve with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.

01 - Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra spice.
02 - Swap beef for chicken or black beans for a twist.
03 - You can add lettuce or pico de gallo inside for freshness.
