Pizza Style Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound mild pork sausage.
02 - 1 pound cubed ham.
03 - ½-1 pound pepperoni.
04 - 1 pound farfalle pasta.
05 - 2 tablespoons garlic, minced.
06 - 1 large onion, diced, about 1 ½ cups.
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
08 - 2 (26-ounce) jars spaghetti sauce.
09 - 3 (8 ounce) bags shredded mozzarella cheese, 24 ounces.
10 - 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375F and spray 9x13 casserole dish with pan spray.
02 - Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
03 - Cook sausage, garlic, onion, and oregano over medium-high heat until sausage is cooked and onions are translucent.
04 - Coat dish bottom with sauce. Layer ⅓ pasta, ⅓ sauce, 8oz mozzarella, 2tbsp parmesan, and sausage mixture.
05 - Layer ½ remaining pasta, ½ remaining sauce, 8oz mozzarella, 2tbsp parmesan, and ham.
06 - Add remaining pasta, sauce, cheese, and top with pepperoni.
07 - Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly and cheese browns. Rest 5-10 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated.
02 - Freezes well for up to 3 months.
03 - Let rest before serving for easier portioning.
