Turn your oven on and set it to 350°F. Grease your 9x13-inch dish with butter or line it up with some parchment paper.

Place the pizza dough flat on a cutting board and stretch the edges into a nice rectangle shape.

Spread out 12 slices of ham across the dough, followed by your Swiss cheese slices, 9 to 12 depending on your taste.

Roll up the dough snugly starting with the short end. Slice it into two pieces, then cut each piece into 6 equal slices for a total of 12. Pop these into the dish you prepped.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk the melted butter with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and minced onions (if you'd like).

Take the rolls out and brush the sauce all over the tops. Put them back in the oven for another 10 minutes or till they're golden brown.

Let the pinwheels cool in the baking dish for five minutes before enjoying them warm.
