Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Position one egg roll wrapper with a corner pointed toward you, forming a diamond shape.

Place one slice of honey ham across the center of the wrapper, then lay one mozzarella stick lengthwise on top of the ham.

Fold the left and right corners inward over the filling. Roll the bottom corner tightly up over the cheese and ham toward the opposite corner, sealing the edges well with a dab of water or flour paste.

Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers, ham, and cheese to form 12 rolls.

Arrange the prepared rolls seam side down on the baking sheet. Brush each with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with garlic salt.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden on the bottom. Flip each stick and continue baking for 4–5 more minutes until crisp and golden all over.

Serve warm immediately with marinara sauce or ranch dressing as desired.
