# Ingredients:

→ For the Corn

01 - 4 ears of corn, husked
02 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - ½ tsp salt
05 - ½ tsp black pepper
06 - ½ tsp paprika (optional)
07 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
09 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
10 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)

# Instructions:

01 - Choose your cooking method: Boiling - Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add corn, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Grilling - Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill corn for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
02 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using). For extra creaminess, stir in the optional mayonnaise.
03 - Brush the hot corn with the garlic butter mixture, making sure to cover all sides evenly.
04 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan all over the corn. Add the shredded mozzarella or cheddar on top. For extra meltiness, place under a broiler for 1-2 minutes, or simply let the heat from the warm corn melt the cheese.
05 - Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve warm, optionally with a squeeze of lime for extra zing.

# Notes:

01 - For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture.
02 - You can prepare the garlic butter ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
03 - This corn pairs perfectly with grilled meats, burgers, or as part of a summer cookout spread.
