# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 2 tbsp taco seasoning
03 - ¼ cup water
04 - 1 (15 oz) jar salsa con queso
05 - 1 can condensed potato soup
06 - 1¼ cups sour cream
07 - 1 can fire-roasted diced green chiles
08 - 1¼ cups beef broth
09 - ½ cup chicken broth
10 - 1 cup frozen corn
11 - 1 cup pinto beans or black beans, drained and rinsed

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease if needed. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Cook for a few minutes until the water is mostly absorbed.
02 - Transfer the seasoned beef to a large Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot. Add the salsa con queso, potato soup, sour cream, beef broth, and chicken broth. Stir well until everything is combined and the sour cream has melted into the mixture.
03 - Stir in the diced green chiles, frozen corn, and beans. Mix well.
04 - Bring the chili to a boil, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Reduce heat and let it simmer until you're ready to serve, stirring occasionally.
05 - Serve hot with tortilla chips, Fritos, or a sprinkle of shredded cheese on top.
