# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz bowtie pasta
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 small onion, chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1 cup heavy cream
11 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
03 - Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
04 - Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juices), Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
05 - Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, mixing until well combined.
06 - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it in the creamy beef mixture.
