Cheesy Bacon Burgers Ultimate Comfort (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Patties

01 - 900 g ground beef (80/20 blend)
02 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

→ Toppings and Assembly

08 - 8 slices thick-cut bacon
09 - 8 slices cheddar cheese
10 - 4 brioche burger buns
11 - 2 tablespoons butter

→ Special Sauce

12 - 120 ml mayonnaise
13 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
14 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
15 - 1 teaspoon pickle juice

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Arrange bacon slices in a single layer and fry until crisp, approximately 4–6 minutes per side. Transfer cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just incorporated. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about 2 cm thick, creating a small dimple in the center of each.
03 - Heat a grill or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Place beef patties onto the cooking surface and sear for 3–4 minutes on each side for medium doneness. During the final minute of cooking, top each patty with two slices of cheddar cheese and cover until the cheese melts.
04 - Spread butter evenly on the cut sides of each brioche bun. Place buns, cut side down, on a skillet or grill until golden and lightly crisp.
05 - In a small bowl, blend together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and pickle juice until smooth. Set aside for assembly.
06 - Spread prepared special sauce onto both the top and bottom halves of each bun. Place the cheesy beef patty on the bottom bun, add crispy bacon strips, and finish with additional preferred toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, or onion. Cap with the top bun and press gently before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal juiciness, use 80/20 ground beef and avoid overmixing the meat.
02 - Allow patties to rest for several minutes after cooking to retain moisture.
03 - Customize flavor by substituting Swiss, Pepper Jack, or Boursin cheese for cheddar.
04 - Enhance with sliced jalapeños or spicy mayonnaise for a stronger kick.
05 - For a breakfast variant, top your burger with a fried egg.
