Cheesecake Fruit Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced.
02 - 2 cups green apples, chopped.
03 - 1 cup grapes, halved.
04 - 1 cup pineapple chunks.
05 - 1 cup bananas, sliced.
06 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
07 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
08 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
09 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled.
10 - ½ cup caramel sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
02 - Whip heavy cream in chilled bowl until stiff peaks form.
03 - Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until combined.
04 - Wash and cut all fruits, pat dry to remove excess moisture.
05 - Gently mix fruits in large bowl, then fold in cheesecake filling until coated.
06 - Drizzle with caramel sauce, chill 10-15 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Toss apples and bananas in lemon juice to prevent browning.
02 - Can use different fruits but avoid water-heavy ones.
03 - Best served within 24 hours.
